Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise application implementations and integration projects.
• Ability to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Track project progress and ensure commitments meet timelines.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams and prioritize project priorities.
• Escalate risks, issues, and delays and facilitate timely resolution.
• Serve as Scrum Master and champion Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint execution and monitor team velocity and delivery commitments.
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability and transparency.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Engage vendors such as Blue Yonder (BY) and project44 (P44) to drive progress.
• Provide regular status updates, executive summaries, and project communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Remove obstacles that impede team productivity and delivery.
• Ensure governance and adherence to delivery processes.
