Our Knoxville, TN Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

Position Details

• Monday to Friday 6:00AM until route is complete.
• $22.14/hr.

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks. Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates will receive a $1,000 sign-On bonus, with $500 paid after 90 days of employment and an additional $500 paid after six months of employment.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours.
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours.
• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT.
• 6 months+ experience in a bulk/straight truck or larger delivery vehicle.
