Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team at the distribution center. This role involves local routes with home daily, fostering client relationships face-to-face and ensuring accurate, fast order fulfillment.

You’ll receive on-the-job training to certify driving power industrial equipment and advanced automation, with incentive programs offering up to 10% more in bonuses and stretch opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid US Driver’s License.
• Maintain a safe driving history as a requirement.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have good verbal skills.
• Must demonstrate problem resolution skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• DOT requirements must be met and maintained.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related role.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday to Friday, 5:30am to completion.
• $21.49/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT
• 1-2 years of experience

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
