Job summary

McKesson is seeking driver associates for our Bartlett, IL distribution center. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30am to completion, with opportunities to earn up to 10% incentive pay and an additional 6% stretch incentives.

Local routes mean home daily and weekends free, with on-the-job training for equipment and processes. Employees enjoy a wellbeing program, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Current US Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequent sitting/standing for several hours.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Local routes with home daily; weekends encouraged.

• Maintain efficient order fulfillment to ensure timely shipping of products.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to completion. $20.52/hour Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.
