Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based role. The pay range for this role is $16.50 to $17.25 per hour, with additional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

You will drive, install, move, demonstrate merchandise, and help customers understand their products while spending time inside and outside the store. We offer paid time off, health insurance options, 401(k) with matching, and an Employee Assistance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
