Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are a key part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and displaying merchandise, both inside and outside the store, while supporting daily operations and engaging with customers in the community.

The position offers on-demand pay options, career advancement, and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off. Some locations have Sundays off and additional days off during the week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver's license and compliant with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone, up to 300 lbs. with assistance/equipment.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
