Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Delivery Practice Manager to lead an early-career SDT and guide delivery consultants on enterprise cloud engagements. You will partner with AWS teams, architects, and sales to define outcomes, scale delivery, and optimize performance.

This role emphasizes people leadership, portfolio oversight, and building trusted customer relationships while driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction with timely, on-budget deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field required.
Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role.
Experience in program or engagement management leading teams to deliver multi-project programs.
Experience in enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies and distributed architecture.

Responsibilities

Building and managing a high-performing Delivery Consultants team.
Collaborating with Delivery Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions.
Developing and overseeing IT strategies for customers.
Managing practice P&L and on-time, within-budget delivery of engagements.
Driving business development and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate staffing, hiring, onboarding, and insights for early-career programs.
Drive training to accelerate consultant development, both technical and soft skills.
