Job summary

Slate is seeking an energetic Partner Operations Manager to lead a team of Regional Partner Operations Specialists. You will manage relationships with Delivery Partners, coordinate with Fulfillment, Logistics, and Service teams, and drive process improvements to meet customer expectations.

Requirements include 5+ years in vehicle delivery or automotive distribution, a business degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, hands-on experience considered as substitute.
• 5+ years in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution.
• Proven track record overseeing a team of Regional Support Specialists.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party service providers; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Startup environment experience; proactive, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Slate to Delivery Partners and build a high-performing team.
• Lead Regional Partner Operations Specialists and coordinate with internal teams.
• Own performance metrics for Delivery Partners and optimize cost and service levels.
• Validate Delivery Partners’ invoices against work completed.
• Implement inventory reporting and cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with vehicle repairs prior to delivery when needed.
