Job summary

Staples in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to lead the team ensuring timely, complete deliveries across all orders. You will plan strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals and work with senior management to achieve operational excellence and budget targets.

You will coach associates, analyze performance data, and promote safety while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork across the Staples supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of transportation experience.
• Must have a valid driver1s license with a safe driving history.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen where legally permissible.
• Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card for the role.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 70 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities
