Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or management experience in delivery/logistics.
• Knowledge of route planning, driver scheduling, and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with the aftermarket collision auto parts industry.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery drivers and leads; provide guidance and feedback.
• Develop delivery schedules, routes, and procedures.
• Maintain records of delivery activities (logs, mileage, fuel, maintenance).
• Coordinate with sales and customer service for orders.
• Inspect delivery vehicles for safety and maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse for inventory loading.
• Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Oversee payroll activities (timekeeping, PTO, scheduling).
• Issue progressive disciplinary actions when needed.
