Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Cincinnati is seeking a Route Specialist to cover routes, stock displays, and ensure timely deliveries with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. You will support supervisors, train teammates, and handle urgent customer needs while representing the world’s leading beverage brands on every shift.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on weekends/holidays, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to maintain high service

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Cover vacation routes to maintain standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Follow route discipline protocols (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist Supervisor in training new route teammates and safety-focused tasks.
• Respond to urgent customer needs to meet commitments with cross-team collaboration.
• Assist supervisor with projects and territory tasks as assigned.
