Job summary

Sysco in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing Delivery staff, directing daily activities, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and maintaining efficient delivery operations.

You will manage schedules, labor hours, and asset usage, coordinate with Sales/Marketing to resolve issues, maintain regulatory logs, and drive cost-saving improvements while upholding food safety and company policies. Evening shifts and one Saturday per month may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• HazMat certification preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required by Sysco standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery Associates and safety, ensures SOPs and routes adherence.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA and other agencies.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and coordinates with other departments.
• Maintains asset utilization and arranges repairs as needed.
• Reviews delivery productivity and implements improvements.
• Enforces company policies and safety procedures.
