Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Tarboro, NC is seeking an energetic shift supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs. You will ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly, maintain staffing levels, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

You will handle end-of-night deposits, inventory, and ensure vehicles are inspection-ready, while promoting products and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. This role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to expedite orders.

• Ensure store is ready to open and receive orders on time.
• Foster urgency and ensure on-time delivery per Dominos standards.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Provide quality customer service over the phone and in person.
