Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Missouri to supervise Delivery Associates, ensuring safe and compliant daily operations and adherence to SOPs. You will manage schedules, labor hours, and asset utilization while coordinating with Safety and other departments.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred credentials such as HazMat, a defensive driving program, and a Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Complete a Sysco approved defensive driving program.
• HazMat certification preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting Company standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, ensuring SOP adherence and safe customer service.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA) and keeps logs current.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget; prepares work schedules and shifts.
