Job summary

Empire Auto Parts seeks a Driver Supervisor to oversee the delivery operation for its aftermarket collision auto parts distribution. You will supervise a team of drivers, plan routes, and ensure on-time, safe deliveries while enforcing company policies.

You will collaborate with sales and warehouse teams, maintain accurate driver logs and vehicle records, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/transport certification is a plus.
• Proven supervisory/management experience in delivery/logistics.
• Knowledge of delivery operations, routes, scheduling, and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with aftermarket collision auto parts and ordering processes.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery drivers and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement delivery schedules, routes, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain records of delivery activities, driver logs, mileage, fuel use, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service for timely order processing and delivery.
• Inspect delivery vehicles for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse team for inventory management and loading.
