Qualifications

• At least 5 years management experience in a food or beverage distribution/logistics environment.
• Working knowledge of current DOT Compliance and a basic understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes to recruit, train, coach, and retain staff.
• Mediate and resolve customer concerns or escalations.
• Conduct routine audits of delivery staff to ensure service standards.
