Job summary

In this role you will ensure loads meet weight limits, enforce safety procedures, and drive team performance through leadership and clear communication. CDL requirements and prior dispatch experience are a plus. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and routing product deliveries.
• Making sure trucks are not overloaded and loads stay within standard weight limits.
• Assessing job site delivery requirements and assigning appropriate vehicles.
• Resolving vehicle safety issues by routing to service facilities for repairs.
• Keeping customers informed of delivery status.
• Ensuring OSHA and federal road procedures are followed.
• Coordinating fleet maintenance and ensuring all repairs are completed properly.
