Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver in Indianapolis, IN to safely operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver products to local stores, unload and merchandise to standards, and build strong relationships to ensure communities have access to beverages on time.

Minimum qualifications include being 21+, a valid CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and the ability to lift 20–45 pounds, with flexibility on schedule and start/end times. Training is provided and health benefits accompany a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly
• Ability to drive safely and follow DOT regulations

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route
• Deliver products and execute all promotions ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced
• Unload product and merchandise each account to local standards
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving and delivering
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts and complete required daily paperwork
