Reyes Family of Businesses in Houston seeks a Delivery Operations Supervisor to plan and supervise daily delivery activity, including driver scheduling, routing, and on-time execution. You will lead a team to promote safety, efficiency, and high service standards.

The role requires CDL Class A, 3–4 years of delivery experience with supervisory exposure. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; excellent communication and KPI-driven management are essential.

Qualificações

• Associates degree with 3–4+ years of related delivery experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling driver schedules and routes.
• Foster employee engagement and maintain a values-driven, motivated team culture.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance by conducting safety audits and staying current on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate daily routes to balance schedules, customer demands and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
