Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in retail automotive service industry, preferably in parts/retail/dealership.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Proactive with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify part numbers and line codes for accurate delivery.
• Able to lift/move up to 60 pounds.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Assigns drivers to deliveries considering product, location, and time of day.
• Tracks progress of drivers along routes.
• Balances workloads, break times, and customer needs when assigning drivers.
• Checks drivers'' in/out times and records for analysis and efficiency improvements.
• Receives and resolves customer requests or complaints.
• Acts as driver when needed during peak delivery times.
