Job summary

Empire Auto Parts is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Driver in Windham, ME to ensure on-time delivery of aftermarket collision parts and collect payments at the point of sale. You will route deliveries, verify invoices, and maintain professional customer relationships while upholding safety standards.

You will perform vehicle checks, document routes and payments, and collaborate with the Driver Supervisor to meet daily distribution goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Auto Parts: Safely and efficiently operate a Sprinter van to deliver aftermarket collision auto parts.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers upon delivery, handling cash and checks.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain delivery routes, payment transactions, and mileage.
• Vehicle Safety + Loading: Follow safety protocols and properly load/unload parts.
