Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, inventory management, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliveries and inventory records.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to positive customer experience.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds in inventory/warehouse tasks.
• Ability to identify and resolve delivery, scheduling, and inventory challenges.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver performance to ensure safety, service, and company standards.
• Schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory related to deliveries and collaborate with warehouse team.
• Uphold BP Supply’s customer service standards and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment and accurate records.
• Maintain delivery documentation, track completion, note delays, and capture customer feedback.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations to improve efficiency and teamwork.
