Job summary

Ad Astra is seeking a Director of Delivery Operations to lead the onboarding and delivery for higher education clients, ensuring fast time-to-value and measurable outcomes. This role oversees client-facing delivery across multiple teams, with a focus on portfolio health, resource planning, and strategic direction in partnership with Consulting, CloudOps, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

5–10 years of management experience in a customer-facing, technology consulting environment.
College degree (technical or business focus) preferred.
Ability to discuss system architecture and tradeoffs with engineers and explain to executives.
Experience overseeing a project portfolio across multiple concurrent client engagements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding experience for higher education clients and drive time-to-value.
Establish data-driven operating cadence with KPI dashboards and reviews.
Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and executive sponsors.
Lead, coach, and develop the Onboarding team and ensure accountability and ongoing improvement.
