Delivery Merchandiser Specialists are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our specialists are responsible for delivering and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of quality products at local stores. Although you will start as a Delivery Merchandiser Specialist, we are invested in helping you grow with us. This role can lead to career opportunities within our company or PepsiCo.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering products to assigned stores
2. Checking in orders with store receivers
3. Delivering carts in correct sequence from dead stack deliveries
4. Returning empty carts and cardboard from stores
5. Managing sorting and bundling of cardboard at the FritoLay facility
6. Sorting and filing proof-of-delivery and reconciliation paperwork
7. Merchandising tasks such as stocking and rotating products within store shelves

Our operations run 24/7, so shifts may vary. This job is physical; you will be on your feet throughout your shift.

Minimum qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
3. Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain additional licenses as required
4. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products repeatedly (15-40 pounds)

Preferred qualifications include previous merchandising experience, familiarity with iPhone/iPad, and ability to foster cooperation within teams.
