Work Schedule

45-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

$2000 Retention Bonus (based on performance and eligibility).

Position Overview

Delivery Merchandiser Specialists are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of quality products at local stores. This role can serve as a stepping stone for career advancement within our company or our parent company, PepsiCo. Key tasks include:

1. Delivering products to assigned route stores
2. Checking in orders with store receivers
3. Delivering carts in the correct sequence and order from dead stack deliveries
4. Returning empty carts and cardboard from stores
5. Managing the sorting and bundling of cardboard at the FritoLay facility
6. Properly sorting and filing proof-of-delivery and reconciliation paperwork
7. Merchandising tasks such as stocking products efficiently and rotating shelved items

Work Environment & Schedule

Our operations run 24 hours a day, so your schedule may vary. The job is physical; you will be on your feet throughout your shift. Please ensure you understand this before applying.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
• You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and can obtain other licenses as required by law
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without accommodations
• You can lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without accommodations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience
• Experience using iPhone and/or iPad
• Ability to inspire cooperation and confidence within the team and cross-functionally
