Job description

Delivery Merchandiser Specialists are crucial to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of quality products at local stores. This role can serve as a stepping stone to career growth within our company or PepsiCo. Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering products to assigned stores
2. Checking in orders with store receivers
3. Delivering carts in the correct sequence from dead stack deliveries
4. Returning empty carts and cardboard from stores
5. Managing the sorting and bundling of cardboard at the FritoLay facility
6. Sorting and filing proof-of-delivery and reconciliation paperwork
7. Merchandising tasks such as stocking products and rotating shelved items

Our operations run 24 hours, so shifts may vary and jobs are physically demanding. You should be prepared to be on your feet for the entire shift. Minimum qualifications include:

1. Being 18 years or older
2. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
3. Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and ability to obtain additional licensure as required by law
4. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products weighing 15 to 40 pounds, with or without accommodations

Preferred qualifications include:

1. Previous merchandising experience
2. Experience with iPhone and/or iPad
3. Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
