A leading company in the building products sector seeks a Merchandising Specialist to work remotely and manage merchandising fasteners in home improvement retail stores. The ideal candidate will assist with product displays, ensure inventory accuracy, and foster partnerships with customers. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as experience in retail environments. Merchandising Specialists are expected to service 2 to 3 stores a day within their territory. You will work remotely and independently. Merchandising Specialist are responsible for merchandising fasteners (nails and screws) in assigned home improvement retail stores.
Once onsite, the primary job responsibilities include down-stocking products, installing signage, maintaining plan-o-gram layouts, pricing displays, and training store employees on the different fasteners.
Our Merchandising Specialists plays an integral role within our company because their efforts are critical to achieving our sales goals and improving our customer's profitability.
The Merchandising Specialists represent PrimeSource in the field, are the first line of customer service, and are essential for maintaining important partnerships between our customers and vendors.
