Overview:

The ideal candidate will reside within the assigned area to effectively support our client base.

Travel is 100%, with a company vehicle and gas card provided. Initially, you will use your own vehicle until receiving the PrimeSource Dodge Ram. An iPhone and company polo shirts will also be provided.

Full-time position with benefits!

Flexible start times (5 AM to 9 AM) and end times (1:30 PM to 7 PM), depending on your start time.

No weekends! Work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

Service 2 to 3 stores daily within your territory, working remotely and independently. Responsibilities include merchandising fasteners (nails and screws), down-stocking products, installing signage, maintaining plan-o-gram layouts, pricing displays, and training store employees on fasteners.

Your efforts are critical for achieving sales goals and enhancing customer profitability. You represent PrimeSource in the field, serve as the first point of customer service, and help maintain strong partnerships between customers and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Complete down-stocking of products from overheads to sales floor shelves and cross-merchandise locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit weekly reports.
• Create attractive sales floor displays in collaboration with customers.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and prominently displayed, with accurate inventory counts.
• Act as a liaison, addressing customer issues and solving problems.
• Assist customers in organizing their warehouses for easier access.
• Stock shelves as requested for additional inventory management.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience in big box retail.
• Knowledge of hardware and building materials is preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a retail construction environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Reside within the supported territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate ($ - $ per hour)
