Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Trainee Non CDL. This touch freight role delivers and rotates stock, merchandises shelves, and maintains company standards across assigned outlets.

You will collaborate with the Sales Supervisor, build strong customer relationships, and provide superior service while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols. Training opportunities and growth within a fast-paced environment are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days and maintain DOT fleet policy.
• Ability to maintain DOT physical requirements.
• Read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to work with others and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandise all product inside the outlet to Company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.
• Complies with DOT rules for driving purposes.
• Maintains backstock in an organized manner.
• Maintains clean coolers, racks, and shelves.
• Assist with training and coaching of trainees.
• Build strong relationships with customer base across assigned customers.
