Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Trainee CDL to deliver and rotate stock and merchandise shelves to company standards. This touch freight role requires loading/unloading, excellent customer service, and strong attention to accuracy in daily route work.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Class A CDL and DOT physical requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandises products inside outlets to company standards.
• Works with Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success and build customer relationships.
• Provides feedback on competitive threats and business opportunities.
• Sets up merchandise and promotional displays.
• Maintains accurate records of cases and customer transactions.
• Keeps coolers, racks and shelves clean and organized.
• Trains and mentors delivery merchandiser trainees.
