Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Trainee CDL to deliver and rotate stock at retail outlets. You will merchandise shelves, work with Sales Supervisors, and build strong customer relationships on a daily basis.

The role requires a Class A CDL, DOT compliance, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL and DOT compliance with company policies.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience or training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated safety and attention to detail in handling products.
• Strong math and basic computer/tech usage for stocking and records.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandises product inside outlets to company standards.
• Collaborates with Sales Supervisor and builds customer relationships.
• Provides feedback on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Sets up displays and promotional materials.
• Complies with DOT driving rules and safety policies.
• Maintains clean backrooms, coolers, and shelves; rotates stock.
• Trades training and coaching with fellow merchandisers as needed.
• Maintains accurate records of transactions and route settlements.
