Coca-Cola Consolidated in Staunton, VA is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser to support our Direct Store Delivery network. You will deliver, unload, merchandise, stock shelves and displays, and ensure product freshness and proper rotation at customer accounts.

The role requires physical capability, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. CDL permit and DOT compliance are needed or will be pursued. We offer growth, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical requirements.
• Experience in route delivery, stocking, merchandising or retail management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product to standards.
• Organize back room with neatly stacked products.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Build strong relationships with account personnel and provide customer service.
• Maintain safe work environment and QA standards.
• Track product, cash, and assets daily.
