Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser for its Home Market within the Direct Store Delivery network. You will deliver, unload, and merchandise products at customer locations, stocking shelves and facing displays while following CCCI standards.

The role requires physical effort, lifting up to 75 lbs, and flexibility to work some weekends and holidays. CDL permit may be required, with potential for DOT physical compliance, in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Past delivery/merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts per standards.
• Organize and maintain back room and display areas.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide superior service.
• Maintain safe working environment and QA standards at every account.
• Ensure accurate accounting of product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
