Coca-Cola Consolidated in Hagerstown is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser Relief to support our Direct Store Delivery team. This fast-paced role unloads and stocks products, fills displays, and ensures shelves look inviting at customer locations on designated routes.

You will operate CDL A vehicles and equipment, maintain safety and accuracy in cash and paperwork, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a culture of service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous lifting environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and unload products and stock, rotate and merchandize at customer locations on designated routes.
• Organize customer stock room and ensure neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Provide superior customer service and build relationships with account personnel; communicate issues to management.
• Safely operate CDL Class A vehicles and equipment; follow FMCSA guidelines.
• Ensure end-of-day cash and paperwork are accurate and inventory tracked.
