Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market, under the Direct Store Delivery system. You will deliver, unload, and merchandise products at customer accounts, stocking shelves, displays, and in coolers to company standards.

Expect a fast-paced environment with lifting up to 75 lbs, a schedule of Mon-Fri with some weekends, and opportunities for growth. Staunton, VA location; CDL permit and DOT physical are required/preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking or retail merchandising preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise and rotate product in assigned accounts.
• Stock shelves and displays; ensure proper facing and rotation.
• Maintain back room organization and neat appearance of equipment.
• Build strong relationships with account personnel and provide superior service.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; manage product/assets accounting daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
