Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Relief to join our Direct Store Delivery team. You will deliver and unload products, stock displays and coolers, and merchandise shelves at customer locations on designated routes.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a valid Class A CDL. Weekend and holiday work may be required, with a focus on safe operation of equipment and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.
• Valid driver's license for your state of residency and excellent driving history for the last seven years.
• Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL)
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload product, stock, fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and in coolers at customer locations on designated routes.
• Organize customer stock rooms and ensure neat appearance of all Coca-Cola equipment and products in assigned accounts.
• Provide superior customer service, foster relationships with account personnel, and communicate issues to the manager; uphold Coca-Cola's Purpose.
