Job summary

CBTS is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Program Manager in Irving, TX to lead complex cross-functional programs. You will plan projects backward from target delivery dates, build executable schedules, and manage risks and issues across multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field, plus proven PM experience and strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Rate: $65 - 70/hour on W2, client will not consider C2C

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
• Strong expertise in:
• Project Planning and Execution
• Release Management
• Scheduling and Milestone Tracking
• Risk and Issue Management
• Demonstrated ability to plan projects backward from target delivery dates and build executable schedules.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware deployment and release cycles.
• Experience coordinating hardware and software integration programs.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
