Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 14+ years IT, 4+ years PM/PMO, 6+ years Azure/Salesforce ecosystem.
• End-to-end delivery ownership from requirements to UAT, deployment and hypercare.
• Experience in enterprise cloud migrations, integrations, and large-scale M&A/Azure/Salesforce implementations.
• Proven ability to lead global/offshore teams and manage cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solutions across Azure and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Coordinate governance, security, and DevOps standards across programs.
• Engage stakeholders, report progress, and drive action items to completion.
• Lead teams including Technical Leads, BA, QA and PMs in onshore/offshore settings.

JD:

• Experience: 14+ years IT, 4+ years Project/Program Management, and 6+ years Azure/Salesforce ecosystem.
• Delivery: End-to-end ownership from requirements through UAT, deployment and hypercare; enterprise cloud migrations, integrations, greenfield development and 3+ large-scale M&A/Azure/Salesforce implementations.
• Azure: Azure ARM, Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, SQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud architecture, data migration and ETL/ELT.
• Salesforce/SaaS: Salesforce application development/delivery, Sales Cloud, Customer Portal, MDM, Integration Hubs, SaaS integrations and Copado.
• Integration: Kafka, MuleSoft, Salesforce/SaaS, legacy/on-prem systems and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Governance/Security: Data Governance, Security, Change Management, DevOps standards and enterprise compliance.
• Leadership: Lead global/offshore teams including Technical Leads, BA, QA and PMs; manage scope, requirements, UAT, training, deployment, hypercare and cross-functional delivery.
• Stakeholders: Strong business/IT leadership engagement, executive reporting, daily/weekly status calls, action items, owners, ETAs, consensus building and communication.
• Tools/Process: JIRA/AD dashboards, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, QA/testing, UAT, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Certifications – Mandatory: Any 2 Azure/Salesforce certifications from the required list + PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Education – Mandatory: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
