Job summary

Kyndryl delivers complex technology solutions and seeks a Delivery Manager to lead governance and delivery of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery, and Cybersecurity Services for a major enterprise. You will guide cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring resilience and continuous availability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading large-scale infrastructure or managed-services delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
• Direct Disaster Recovery and resiliency experience with governance and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Data Protection, Backup & Recovery, storage, and infrastructure technologies.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations, controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and executive governance.
• Strong program/project management capabilities with multiple initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and service-delivery commitments.
• Understanding of ITIL/service management disciplines and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery, and Cybersecurity Services.
• Lead the Disaster Recovery and resiliency program, including operational readiness, planning, testing, remediation, and executive governance.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery with performance against contracts, SLAs, security, and compliance.
• Establish governance with customer leadership, including executive reviews and risk/issue management.
• Serve as primary leadership contact for major incidents and high-pressure recovery events.
• Lead cross-functional teams across storage, backup, infrastructure, security, and resiliency.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and overall financial performance.
• Identify delivery risks and ensure mitigation with executive visibility.
• Drive continuous service improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Lead strategic projects to improve resilience, cyber posture, and service quality.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, operations, security, and customer teams to modernize services.
