Job summary

OneStream Software in the United States is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead partner-enabled implementations of OneStream CPM/EPM solutions, with strong finance domain experience and hands-on build delivery.

You will coach partners, provide architectural guidance, manage communications, and contribute to product design, testing, and successful project delivery, with travel up to 25% as needed. This role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement of OneStream’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/IS/Math/CIS or equivalent.
• 4–7 years CPM/EPM experience, including 1–3 years OneStream.
• Hands-on OneStream/ CPM implementations and solution design exposure.
• Strong analytical background with relational databases and SQL.
• Programming experience in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Coach partners during build phase and explain artifact importance.
• Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance at milestones.
• Communicate status to Alliances, Sales and Customer Success.
• Handle Service NOW cases with Customers, Partners and internal teams.
• Conduct health checks and reviews of applications.
• Assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing and testing features.
• Engage in Partner forums and share project templates.
• Pursue SME status in at least one platform area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
