Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in the United States seeks a Portfolio Lead to oversee a portfolio of OneStream client engagements from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

You will own engagement economics, manage scope, budget, staffing, and margins, and partner with Practice Leadership to provide visibility into status, risks, and opportunities for expansion across accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex finance transformation programs.
• 5+ years end-to-end OneStream implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with delivery accountability.
• Executive stakeholder management and portfolio oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Portfolio Lead across OneStream engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and strong commercial performance.
• Identify delivery risks, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution.
• Provide visibility into project status, engagement economics, and risks with leadership.
• Own engagement economics: scope, budget, staffing, utilization and margins.
