Job summary

Allegis Group in Hanover, MD is seeking a Delivery Manager of Data Analytics & AI to plan, lead and budget multi-team efforts delivering data solutions. You will manage Snowflake Enterprise Data Lake, analytics warehousing, and Oracle Fusion-related data workflows for back-office needs.

Roles include guiding IS Managers, collaborating with product and architecture teams, and ensuring value, quality, and timely delivery. Travel may be required; strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong IT background.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership in IT/Data Analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake and Oracle Fusion platforms.
• Experience managing on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides thought leadership and direction to all aspects of products and services, and partners with Product Owners, Architecture, IS Application Teams, Operating Company BI Teams, Innovation Lab, Global Privacy Office, and Information Security Group to ensure data management roadmaps align with business strategy
• Establishes direction and clear sense of purpose to inspire teams in creating their own connection and passion to the business goals; orients others around a shared vision for Data Analytics
• Manages concurrent, high visibility Spread and Commission based products/projects/services in the Evolve project
• Help develop and promote responsible use of AI across new and existing projects
• Identifies risks, mitigation plans, operational readiness criteria, change management, deployment success factors, and drives deliverables for production launches
• Partners closely with the Product team to develops/maintains methods to measure value; obtains feedback to ensure that efforts are meeting expectations for value, time, cost and quality
• Maintains overarching responsibility for executing best practices approaches and methodologies (ex: Agile/ Scrum, SAFe, etc) for the support and sustainability of solutions.
