Job summary

Allegion seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the Global Data & Analytics team responsible for the Data Warehouse and Lakehouse architecture and self-service BI via Power BI. You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical direction as the data platform evolves.

The role requires building Data Management Services capabilities, establishing golden-record approaches, and driving adoption of self-service analytics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Data & Analytics or related roles.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with data warehouse/lakehouse architectures (Azure Synapse, SQL) and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers.
• Define strategy and roadmap for Data Warehouse/Lakehouse initiatives and self-service BI.
• Own enterprise data structures, semantic models, and datasets for reporting.
• Collaborate with data platform and Analytics Ops to ensure scalability and governance.
• Lead Data Management Services initiatives and master data management.
• Guide architecture decisions and promote best practices across teams.
