Blackwood Associates Inc is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead post-sale engagements within the Transformation Acceleration Office (TAO). The role requires managing customer engagements end-to-end, coordinating with sales, solutions, and delivery teams, and ensuring governance, risk, and schedule adherence.

The position emphasizes executive communications, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery excellence across cybersecurity and data engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible project, program, engagement, implementation, or professional services delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing enterprise technology engagements from planning through closeout.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, resources, customer communications, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engagement planning and mobilization: review SOWs, POs, milestones and acceptance requirements before launch.
• Delivery execution and governance: manage engagements from mobilization to closeout, align scope and resources.
• Customer and stakeholder management: serve as the primary point of contact and build trusted relationships with executives and teams.
• Scope, schedule, and commercial control: maintain updated plans, track effort and progress, manage change control.
• Risk, issue, dependency, and change management: maintain records, escalate material risks and decisions.
• Resource, partner, and delivery assurance: coordinate internal and partner resources and ensure output commitments.
