Job summary

Blackwood seeks a Delivery Manager to strengthen post-sale execution within the Transformation Acceleration Office. You will independently manage a portfolio of engagements, driving outcomes while adhering to governance and escalation frameworks.

This role combines project management with professional-services leadership across cybersecurity and data engagements, focusing on delivery success rather than sales or hands-on engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive delivery or professional services experience.
• Experience managing customer-facing technology engagements from planning through closeout.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, mobilization, governance, and artifacts.
• Manage engagements from mobilization to closeout with clear accountability.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, and partners to align scope and delivery.
• Translate technical activity into concise business and risk updates for executives.
• Escalate material risks and drive recovery planning when needed.
