Job summary

VideoAmp is seeking a Manager, Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Analysts, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Leads, owning the post-contract experience from onboarding to ongoing measurement delivery. You will drive quality, consistency, and scalability while proactively flagging client risk.

You will resolve complex, non-technical client issues, partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate feedback into features, and guide cross-functional teams to align delivery with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of management experience leading teams.
• 6+ years in media, advertising, or client-success with reporting emphasis.
• Strong knowledge of reporting and measurement products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ongoing client delivery, reporting, and billing operations across a portfolio of accounts.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires on the Delivery team.
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing contribution and growth.
• Understand KPIs and formulate strategies to meet/exceed goals.
• Oversee internal activities to improve client experience.
• Identify improvements through review of recurring reporting/billing/onboarding issues.
• Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across matrixed orgs.
• Own playbooks, templates, and process documentation for the Delivery team.
