Job summary

TELUS Digital seeks a Manager, Delivery - Forward Deployed Squads to lead cross-functional teams in delivering CX-focused digital innovations. You will partner with account stakeholders and architects to ideate, discover, build, and implement AI-enabled CX solutions for TELUS Digital and clients.

You will own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle, ensure measurable outcomes, and communicate effectively with engineers, PMs, and executives while traveling ~10% annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development as PM/PO/Team Lead/Scrum Master in a client services business.
• Experience leading Fortune 500 custom software projects from discovery to deployment.
• Demonstrated empathy with external stakeholders and complex scopes.
• Strong communication for workshops and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to address technical/process issues between systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary squads (Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Designers) to deliver digital innovation in CX Operations.
• Collaborate with CX Operations leadership and TELUS Digital program leadership on discovery and ideation.
• Own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle with focus on scalable solutions across accounts/verticals.
• Ensure squads stay focused on measurable outcomes and track growth opportunities.
• Drive decision-making with cross-functional teams on scope, design, and architecture.
• Deliver clear, tailored communications to engineers, PMs, marketing, and executives.
• Create and align the holistic project plan involving TELUS Digital, client, and third parties.
• Manage weekly squad reporting and status decks.
