Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient distribution of products.

You will lead route planning to meet customer needs, develop supervisory and driver staff, partner with HR for staffing, manage KPIs and budgets, and participate in safety and quality committees, with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience, or High School Diploma with 8+ years and 4+ years of management experience.
• Preferred Master’s Degree.

  Position responsibilities:

• The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment

• This role will manage key operating performance indicators including offload rates as well as managing performance to budget and meeting financial goals

• You will establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs

• This role will also need to partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement

• The Delivery Manager will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety

• Other duties as assigned
