Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a Delivery Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations, driver scheduling, and route optimization. You will lead a team to ensure timely deliveries, maintain high safety standards, and foster an engaging work environment.

The role requires an Associates Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience (or 5+ years with a HS diploma) and supervisory exposure; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement and motivation.
• Monitor driver performance, analyze KPIs, and address performance gaps to meet department targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards (DOT, OSHA) by conducting safety audits and staying current on changes.
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication to improve delivery efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved by monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships internally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
