Responsible for consulting and execution of transformation strategy involving consolidating the engineering function skills across the customers' functions. Also, strategizing for transitioning to LTTS and enable in building the offshore development center. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and operational/ delivery expertise to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.
The Onsite Delivery Manager partners with the Strategic Account Partner (SAP) and Offshore Delivery Manager of the vertical to create an effective strategy to map and exceed customer expectations with service delivery.
Key Expectations of Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management and handling Large Projects. Solid knowledge of Medtech Domain.
Handling global teams in multiple Geos & Leadership to set up a practice, drafting processes and building capabilities. Exposure to sales and customer relationship management at senior levels. Inspires confidence and becomes trusted partner/advisor to key customer contacts.
Working closely with Senior Delivery and Sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely work with client's leadership team in evolving the transition strategy and execution of the same in close co-ordination with client and LTTS teams
- Partnering with the SAP in scaling the account
- Develop product / project requirements based limited business / customer requirements
- Develop project proposal working with various stakeholders as a response to RFP
- Techno-commercial leadership to address - project proposal; managing project execution in terms of quality, delivery, and schedule; and managing contribution margins at project / account level
- Owning governance reviews with - senior management, customer SPOC and customer senior leadership
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, researchers, clinicians, regulatory affairs professionals, and business stakeholders, to drive the development and deployment of medical technologies.
- Overseeing the design, development, and commercialization of medical devices, equipment, and technologies. This includes managing the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving innovation
Skills And Qualifications:
- Strong relationships with senior and mid-level technical managers both within customer and LTTS organization
- Engineering knowledge and complete product life-cycle knowledge including,
- Engineering processes including design, manufacturing, analysis, aftermarket, quality, field product support (both software & hardware) and Digital
- Challenges related to cost, delivery, schedule, or support
- Internal funding process including timing, influencers and approvals
- Outsourcing processes, funding, upcoming changes and leadership
- Experience working with global remote team / offshore delivery model environment Proven ability to grow businesses profitably
- Experience with sales and account management and in developing strategic plans
- Experience leading cross functional teams

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,500 to $1,30,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
